Subscription

How does a Roost subscription work?

It's simple. Subscribe and get a new towel delivered each month right to your door.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to cancel your subscription, do so by the 15th of each month to avoid being charged the following month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

There are 3 ways to cancel your Roost Home subscription.

1. In the original subscription confirmation email Roost Home sent you with the subject line "Subscription activated from Roost for Home" you can click on "Manage subscription" at the top of the email and you'll be taken through step-by-step to cancel your subscription.

2. If you created an account when checking out, you can manage plans and cancel subscriptions there.

3. You can email us directly at hello@roostforhome.com and request to cancel.

Do I get new towel designs every month?

Yes, every month Roost releases new towel designs that match the month and season.

When do I get my towel each month?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped between the 17-31st of each month for the next month's design. Subscribers will be charged on the 16th of each month, new subscribers will have until the 31st to subscribe for the next months towel, and shipping begins on the 17th of each month.

For example, if you are in the month of November, as a new subscriber you have until the 31st of November to subscribe for December's towel. If you subscribe after that, you'll receive January's towel during the next batch of shipment in the December 17-31st timeframe.

If you were to subscribe before the 16th of November, you'd receive your towel with the December batch that is shipped November 17-31st. Similarly, any existing subscribers will be charged on November 16th for December's towel and their towel will go out with the December batch that ships November 17-31st.

Shipping

What are your delivery times?

For new subscriptions or one-off purchases, your towel will be delivered 5-7 days after purchase.

How much will shipping cost?

For subscriptions, shipping is free. For one off purchases, shipping depends on location.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We currently only selling in the United States.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

If you cancel before the order is processed and shipped, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel after the order is processed and shipped, Roost will not cover return fees.

For subscriptions, you can at any time, use the account page to cancel or make modifications to your Roost subscription.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If you receive a towel that is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us at hello@roostforhome.com and we'll send you a new towel.

How do I return my towel?

If for some reason you need to return your towel, please reach out to us at hello@roostforhome.com and we'll initiate the return process.

How do I care for my towel?

There are instructions on the label of every roost towel.

What are the towel dimensions?

Our towels are a bi-fold towel that measure 15.75 x 30.5 inches. They are specifically sized to easily hang, drape, and utilize for every day use.
